What gets indexed SiftHub indexes content from your selected GTM Buddy folders — Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, CSVs, and text files. Files must be under 1GB.
How it works GTM Buddy is where your enablement content lives: battlecards, playbooks, deal examples, and competitive decks. SiftHub surfaces the right asset at the right moment, whether your team is filling out an RFP, prepping for a call, or building a handover doc. Every answer links back to the exact GTM Buddy file it came from.
Content updates SiftHub syncs new and modified content within 30 minutes. Deleted or archived files are removed automatically.
Access controls All connected GTM Buddy content is visible to all SiftHub users in your organisation — Open Access by default.

Is SiftHub's GTM Buddy integration secure?

SiftHub indexes only the folders you explicitly connect. Here's how the rest of the security model works.

  • Scoped by design: SiftHub indexes only the folders you share with your CSM. Everything else stays untouched.
  • Data is encrypted: All GTM Buddy data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Enterprise-grade compliance: SiftHub is SOC 2 Type II certified across all connector types.
