About the integration

Ever been stuck searching for that one answer you know exists somewhere?

You’ve scoured through threads, DMed your colleagues, and still—no luck. Sound familiar?

With SiftHub bot for Slack, those days are over. Simply @SiftHub in any Slack channel (public or private) and ask your question. Instantly, you'll get a response powered by the collective knowledge of all your connected sources on the SiftHub Platform.

No more digging, no more guessing—just answers, right when you need them.

Mindtickle has two layers of intelligence: conversational and content. SiftHub connects to both. Call AI brings in your recorded sales conversations, discovery calls, demos, and objection handling, so your team can surface what prospects actually said. CMS brings in your approved enablement assets, playbooks, battlecards, and case studies, so the right content reaches your team at the right moment. Together, they give SiftHub the full picture of what your team knows and what your customers need.

Your SiftHub CSM activates both connections within 24 hours. You control what gets indexed and who can access it.

Connection type SiftHub connects to two sides of Mindtickle — Call AI and CMS. For Call AI, API credentials are provided by Mindtickle Support. For CMS, your Mindtickle Administrator retrieves them from Account Settings. Share both with your SiftHub CSM; they activate within 24 hours.
What gets indexed SiftHub indexes AI-generated call transcripts from Mindtickle Call AI and sales enablement content from Mindtickle CMS Hubs — including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDFs, and text files. Connect all calls or specific ones. Connect all Hubs or select specific ones.
How it works Mindtickle powers both call intelligence and enablement content. SiftHub connects to both. Call AI surfaces what was said in customer conversations. CMS surfaces what's been approved to say. Together, they power RFP responses, pre-call prep, follow-up collateral, and handover docs — with every answer linking back to its exact source.
Content updates New call transcripts and CMS assets appear in SiftHub within one hour of being processed or published. Deleted or archived content is removed automatically.
Access controls For Call AI, choose how transcripts are shared across your team. Open Access makes all connected transcripts visible to every SiftHub user. Participant Access limits visibility to users who hosted or attended each call. For CMS, all connected Hub content is visible to all SiftHub users by default.

Is SiftHub's Mindtickle integration secure?

SiftHub only indexes the content you explicitly connect, across both Call AI and CMS. Here's how the rest of the security model works.

  • Scoped by design: SiftHub indexes only the calls and Hubs you include. Everything outside that stays untouched.
  • Access is in your hands: For Call AI, Open Access shares all transcripts with every SiftHub user. Participant Access limits visibility to those who were on the call. CMS content is visible to all SiftHub users by default.
  • Data is encrypted: All Mindtickle data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
  • Enterprise-grade compliance: SiftHub is SOC 2 Type II certified across all connector types.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to set up both Call AI and CMS connectors?
No. Connect one or both; they're independent. Connecting both gives you the most complete intelligence layer in SiftHub.
How do I get the Call AI API credentials?
Contact your Mindtickle Support team and request credentials for the Call AI Public API. They'll provide everything you need to share with your SiftHub CSM.
How do I get the CMS API credentials?
Your Mindtickle Administrator retrieves them from the Mindtickle Admin site under Account Settings → Security and Integrations.
Can I control which calls get indexed in Call AI?
Yes. Connect all calls, specific users' calls, or individual recordings. Share your preference with your SiftHub CSM during setup.
Can I control which CMS content gets indexed?
Yes. Connect all Hubs or select specific ones. You can also choose to index only externally tagged assets or all assets regardless of tag.
Who can see Mindtickle content in SiftHub?
For Call AI, it depends on your access settings. Open Access makes all transcripts visible to all SiftHub users, while Participant Access limits visibility to users who hosted or attended each call. For CMS, all connected content is visible to all SiftHub users by default.
How quickly is new content available in SiftHub?
Both Call AI transcripts and CMS assets appear in SiftHub within one hour of being processed or published.
Can I connect Mindtickle alongside other call recording tools?
Yes. SiftHub supports multiple call recording connectors simultaneously. Mindtickle Call AI can run alongside Gong, Zoom, Fireflies, or any other connected call platform. SiftHub draws from all indexed transcripts together.
How is Mindtickle different from Highspot or GTM Buddy in SiftHub?
Highspot and GTM Buddy are standalone enablement platforms. Mindtickle combines call intelligence and enablement content on a single platform. Connecting both sides to SiftHub means your team gets what was said in customer conversations and what's been approved to say, in one place.
Can SiftHub use Mindtickle content alongside other connected tools?
Yes. Mindtickle is one source in a broader intelligence layer. SiftHub integrates with your CRM, Slack, Google Drive, and other connectors, so every response draws on your full knowledge base, not just one platform.
