SiftHub connects to Zoom through a Server-to-Server OAuth app you build in the Zoom App Marketplace. You generate the credentials and share them with your SiftHub CSM, who completes the backend configuration within 24 hours. You control which users' calls get indexed and who in SiftHub can access them.
SiftHub connects to Zoom with read-only access; it never modifies your Zoom data. Here's how the rest of the security model works.
Getting Zoom connected takes about 2 minutes on your end. You'll build a quick app in the Zoom Marketplace to generate credentials, then share them with your SiftHub CSM, who will handle the rest within 24 hours.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following, or contact the relevant administrator:
In the Zoom App Marketplace, build a Server-to-Server OAuth app, copy your Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret, and activate the app. Your SiftHub CSM will walk you through this if needed, or refer to the SiftHub Help Center for a detailed step-by-step guide.

Send your SiftHub CSM the following:
They'll configure which calls get synced and who can access them, then confirm activation within 24 hours.
